MOTE END STABLES

At Mote End Farm you will find American style barns, fitted with mostly 12 x 12 modern stabling where your horse will find a clean bright and airy, rubber matted stable (larger or smaller boxes also available). This layout also enables your horse the opportunity to see and be with other horses resulting in a relaxed, calm and healthy atmosphere.

We are 365 DAYS OPEN a year – 8.00am to 9.30pm

We have 2 outdoor schools for you to enjoy. The large school measures 65 meters by 35 meters and the small school is 20 meters by 40 meters. Both schools are surfaced with a sand and rubber mix which is maintained daily. There are schooling jumps available to use in either school.

We also have a 15 meter square sand surfaced pen which can be used for lunging and free schooling.

Our state of the art horse walker has a 4 horse capacity, rubber floor and alternates direction.

In each of our 2 livery barns we have a dedicated wash down area complete with warm water, good lighting and a solarium. These areas can also be used for grooming, clipping and vets.

Our farriers area has space for 2 horses at a time, which ensures a safe location whilst our farrier attends to your horse

On offer here at Mote End Farm is some of the most exclusive and stunning off road hacking available within the M25. We have a 4 mile sign posted private bridleway with various jumps along the route, and in addition a small cross country course with some 30 jumps and water complex. Why not take a load off after a long ride and visit our coffee room? equipped with well stocked vending and coffee machines, computer terminal and free WiFi connection. Also on sale you will find farm fresh eggs!

Equipped with showers and toilets, our changing rooms also have space for you to store your riding clothes.

We have a secure tack room for your horses tack which has CCTV and a 24hr monitored alarm system. All horses have their own saddle and bridle pegs and there is a tack cleaning area.

Rug Drying Room

Each horse is provided with an allocated space in our rug drying room, this ensures that your horse will have a dry turnout rug each day.

Storage

Dedicated storage area for your horses belongings, change of rugs, travel equipment etc.

Rug Washing Facility
